Act as a focal point for all the tasks related to Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

Working as a CRDO internal M&E officer with WFP general food distribution project in South waziristan Agency and Dera Ismail khan is very fruitful and challenging situation following is the main job description.
 To asset team in the field during food distribution.
 supervision of CMAM/CMAMI in relevant health facilities.

In attachment with the same IDEA (Initiative for Development and Empowerment Axix) organization on disaster risk reduction (DRR) concept in a project named ECBDRM (Enhancing community through Inclusive community based disaster risk reduction). The attachment with IDEA organization (Initiative for Development and Empowerment Axix) in this DRR project I have well performed management role to smooth interventions of the programs i.e. formation of VDMCs UDMCs ERT teams and training to ERTs team members of risk reduction and also deliver training to community members on LMST and CMST and have also gained significant experiences management, planning and monitoring skills and knowledge.

I have gained experiences most relevant to the advertised role during my employment with IDEA organization (Initiative for Development and Empowerment Axix) as a livelihood officer in project named BBBS (Building back better swat). The project was basically integrated. As per my position key responsibilities were to collect data through FGDs and pre KAP and post KAP analysis and also distribution of grain storage bins and seeds to community member on the basis of their needs. Strengthening capacities of local CBOs was also a part of my job.
