I am a development sector professional holding Master Degree in subject of Rural Development and currently engage with NIDA Pakistan as a MEAL Officer Cimate Change Adaptation in FCDO Funded project BRAVE (Building Resilience addressing Vulnerabilitis in Emergency) Consortium in KP, Previously i have been workes with Islamic Relief Pakistan as a Senior Project Officer in Recovery project in Sindh. As per Flood 2022 catastrophe Flood in Pakistan I am actively engaged in an all flood response activities to respond Flood 2022, I have good enough knowledge about WASH strategies and Approaches as per standard, During my tenure of 7 years with the development sector, I have fully demonstrated similar roles and responsibilities to achieve results and fulfill requirements of advertisement In this summary part, I have summarized my professional experiences and academic attainments along with my Curriculum Vitae will constitute my whole working experience and capacities, While I have good enough knowledge about Monitoring and Evaluation as I got a comprehensive experience as a ME officer during my employment with CRDO in UN-WFP food distribution project in South Waziristan and DI khan, while I also complete an Emergency WASH project in NWA in similar role. I also have a broad experiences with IDEA organization (Initiative for Development and Empowerment Axis) with different position like, CMO, Hygiene Promoter. As per my position key responsibilities so far were FGDs, Pre-KAP and post KAP analysis and also. In attachment with the same organization IDEA on disaster risk reduction (DRR) concept in a project named ECBDRM (Enhancing community through Inclusive community based disaster risk reduction). Furthermore working with Islamic Relief Pakistan since 2018 as a DRR Officer where I have well performed management role to smooth interventions of the programs i.e. planning and monitoring of different DRR related Activities at provincial level, I have learnt more about the partnership development through strategic management and good team building. In order to keep organizational activities sustain I am good enough in building liaison with different stockholders and line departments, keeping close coordination with departments and advocacy for project activities are my key skills. I am good enough in report writing quantitative and qualitative analysis when needed, while I have been done so many different need assessments for data collection and project designing on different stages of my professional tenure. I also provide support to the OSP (Orphans Sponsorship Program) Team of IRP during different project activities. I also have good command on ODK data collection software and tools.
