Daily active inventory Analysis circulation to management.
Assisting Manager logistic in preparing analysis for new projects.
Supervising team for maintaining non discrepant, system (SAP) & physical inventory.
Preparing monthly logistic cost comparison report.
Monitoring of handling, staking of inventory as per SOP to avoid possible damage
Maintaining accurate movement of Reverse stock to factory & back to warehouse.
Liaison with Product managers for stock replenishment in main and branch warehouse
Managing Out sourced & company owned vehicles route plans for timely deliveries.
Processing Transportation Bills of M&P,TCS, & local Vendors

Responsible for purchasing of raw material and maintaining MSL
1.Ensuring material is delivered timely and according to the required standards
2. Execution of LCs for both imported and local raw material
3. Liaison with banks for the complete process of LC
4. Communication with vendors for any amendment in LC
5. Generating Import purchase orders
6. Developing of cost sheet for imported raw materials
7.Co-ordination with clearing agents for import related issues
8.Allocation of transportation cost to concerned SBUs
9.Maintaining records of all import documents

Responsible for order processing using SAP
 Ensuring timely deliveries and coordinating with branches
 Generating monthly sales and collection Report
 Maintaining sufficient stock level at major branches
 Communication with tax department for GST invoices
 Follow-up for timely payments and drafting quotations
 Coordination with major customers for timely delivery and other issues
 Major customer includes Metro Pakistan, MCB, PMU,GEO
