I have more than 10 years of progressive experience in conceiving, designing and managing of development programs, both in public and private sectors, at district, provincial and national level in the fields of Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, Youth Literacy, School Health, livelihood development, primary health care and emergency relief & recovery. More than 25 articles published with various topics in Daily News Papers.
The key competencies include; Baseline Research, Project Designing, Contracts Management, Budgeting, Planning, training, capacity building of partner organization and Implementation Monitoring/evaluation. In-depth knowledge and experience of employing advocacy & Social Mobilization methodologies, Participatory Development Approaches in community development process, designing monitoring tools, collection and reporting of M & E data, designing and conducting impact/evaluation studies, and Training/Capacity Building of the private and public sector stakeholders.
Worked in KPK and Punjab provinces and traveled abroad in different countries. The languages known at proficient level are English and Urdu, Punjabi, However working knowledge of local languages (Pothohari, Seraiki, Hindko and Pashto). Have expert level command on MS office and necessary computer programs.

Consultant
During the said time I conducted focus group discussions on illegal migration and the trends of different areas . I also conducted youth workshops for awareness .
Community Liasion Officer
I conducted awareness sessions to highlight the issues of illegal immigrants in UK . Some immigrants entered through legal visas and then they moved towards irregular category or some of them over stayed . In these situations they are suffering with many problems. In Pakistan the agent mafia is only focusing on money earning they don\'t have feelings for humanity. The all illegal attempts for entry in EU countries or UK may effect the life of immigrant and his/her family. The life threat is also prevailing. I formulated the youth groups for the awareness about immigration. At the end I suggested them youth can learn skills and participate in the development of Pakistan.
Manager Capacity Building
I worked with EDF as MCB for the capacity building of staff . I conducted training sessions with identified volunteers to formulate community based organizations. I also conducted Broad based community meetings with the help of corner meetings with influential of the working areas.
Team Leader
That was the project of Asian Development Bank on Literacy through skill training . I conducted training sessions for team and teaching staff of the project. The shared the process of community mobilization with staff . I also conducted corner meetings for the identification of teachers and date ,time and venue finalization for broad based community meetings to identify learners and the place of centre with the help of community. I conducted meetings to ensue the community ownership for the adult literacy centres. I arranged raw material for skill trainings like ( stitching, embroidery, R work, bags making etc. )
District Literacy Coordinator
Before that job I served one year as volunteer in Literacy section of NCHD Attock . That was good learning experience with new century organization ( partner of NCHD) . I conducted community mobilization sessions for the motivation about the adult literacy centres. The volunteers identification and formation of village education committee were the main activities. The teachers training about phonics teaching methodology was the duty of DLC. The M& E and reporting were the responsibilities of DLC.
