• Good knowledge in developing, implementing and maintaining HACCP / Food Safety Management System
• Can conduct internal audit in HACCP, Food Safety and Quality Systems.
• Adept in identifying and delivering training needs, designing training modules / workshops and establishing focus on enhancing QMS and Food Safety Standards through training and development.
• An effective communicator with good leadership, coordination, relationship management, team management and analytical skills. Adaptable to working in multinational environment with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Ensure Quality, & Food Safety systems are regularly reviewed for its continuing effectiveness and that adherence to procedures are assessed by means of planned and independent internal audits.
