Job Responsibilities

• Microplanning and its validation.
• Maintaining track record of Children and their vaccination status with migration status.
• Field monitoring and effective Supervising to staff members.
• Data checking with verification and inputting following with Compilation.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• HRMP complete record of data.
• Updating Data in Pre, Intra and post campaign.
• Giving training and briefing to UC level staff.

• DATA RECEIVING from different Town DSO.
• Verifying data and highlighting mistakes to DSO for rectification of errors.
• Inputting data from source documents within time limit.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

• Increasing sales through contacting companies via E-mail and arranging meetings.
• Taking low product rates from vendors.
• Sending Quotation to companies.
• Making Bills of product dispatched and signing of receiving.

• Answering potential customers regarding product and service. Also suggesting information about other products and services.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
