Accounts Officer
I am working in Shahid Builders (PVT) LTD in a Accounts & Finance Department as a Accounts Officer. Shahid builder is a construction company its head office located in Lahore. My main work activities are entering petty cash from all sides as, i am working in Head Office, Checking and approval of Petty cash expense Sheets, Entering vendor bills, Working on payroll, Reconciliation of ledgers, Checking daily day books of Lahore projects, Working on advances of employees and vendors . The software they are using is SAP Business one.
Assistance Accounts and sales Manager
I did my Internship at Ohad Motors (PVT) Ltd where i did different works. They are manufacturer of Metro bikes where i am using their software to enter production , making their delivery challans and then making sale Tax invoices. I have to work on different things such as preparing Authority letters for bikes and then i have to sign in those authority letters by Coordinator of CEO and then writing address on letters and then sent to Dealers all over Pakistan.
