o Mobile Number Portability for Other Network
o 668 SIM Verification Project
o Demographic/Segmentation Project for Telenor Customers
o Welcome/Postpaid Billing Confirmation calls
o Handset lending for Tameer Bank
o Handset lending recovery for Tameer Bank
Supervision of 4 Team Leads & 84 CSE’s
Client Coordination
o Dealing with different project stakeholders in order facilitate them according to their business needs

o Ensure completion of monthly billing hours and raised it to concern dept. for invoicing
