I am a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources (HR), Industrial Relations (IR), and Organizational Development (OD) professional with a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
With a diverse background spanning over a decade, I have had the privilege of working with prominent companies and institutions, enabling me to develop a well-rounded skill set in leadership, learning development, organizational growth, employee engagement, change management, and design thinking.
My inspiration comes from my Mother and Abdul Sattar Edhi, and in parallel, I actively contribute to the community as the Founder of Nida Welfare Foundation, a Non-Profit Organization. Giving back to society and making a meaningful difference is a core value that drives me in both my professional and personal endeavors.
In addition to my corporate contributions, I have had the privilege of shaping young minds through coaching and mentoring at different national and international NGOs. By imparting essential skills in youth mentoring, coaching, stress management, and learning and development, I actively contribute to the personal and professional growth of the next generation of leaders.
