Manage & Control the ITS (Invoice Tracking system). Proper receive & check the invoices & update in ITS system & proses for further approvals. Check & record the payments that made in Finance department, and complete the signing proses after creation of cheques. Supervise the financial record system, properly check managing, controlling and updating the financial record in timely manners. Assist the Finance department for the various task assigned and to provide support during audit, projects and assignments. Assistance to Internal and External Auditors for providing vouchers during quarterly, half yearly and annual audits. Successfully completing the special tasks given by the other functions. Supervision of the company financial records in files and keeping a proper track of the records. Supervision of the sequencing, Stacking, Binding and maintaining Financial Records at Warehouse level. Coordinating with various departments of financial Accounting for providing support in multi-tasking and provide the vouchers and other documents when required.
