Support Youth Groups formed in organizing meetings with public entities to identify and resolve local developmental issues.
Assist Youth Groups to participate in local developmental matters for increasing their voice and visibility to contribute a productive role.
To encourage t the Youth  Groups to influence and support GBV survivors and their families to reintegrate back into society/ community as equal and respectable citizen 

·         To  facilitate in the establishment and strengthening of Rozgar Centers (RCs) at UC level with the coordination of Project officer trainings and Business development for alignment in skill trainings offered with local employment opportunities (,
·         To facilitate in meeting the project deliverables with respect to shelter/safe homes -- (conducting training for staff and social welfare dept., exit surveys of survivors etc)
·         To support and ensure that the skill trainings offered at the RCs lead to 95 % employment of low income youth (persons with special needs, transgender, minorities, women, GBV survivors) within the target districts
·         To support and facilitate FSTP (grant in cascade) - Financial assistance for legal support of GBV survivors.
·         To facilitate Youth led media briefings for inclusion of the role of low income youth in local development and governance (Talk show/FM /TV.
·         To facilitate press conferences led by CSOs for improving the civic responsibility for inclusion of gender equity, climate sensitivity and youth\'s role at the district.
·         To assist in collecting data, MoVs and writing weekly & monthly plans and reports. .

To facilitate the selected University by the partner through FSTP to work in consultation with community to pilot eco-development project.
To facilitate in performance tracking of 10 CSOs selected by partner organization through FSTP.
To establish and maintain good relations with local government officials, local communities, civil society organizations and other influential stakeholders to support programs and advocacy activities.
To facilitate Provincial youth consultation & coordination meetings
To ensure communication with all stakeholders, especially academia, district government, relevant departments and CSOs is maintained regularly.
To ensure workshops and trainings are organized/delivered to Community groups  , local authorities and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding and support on advocacy issues

To support in designing at least 8 Social Action Projects (SAPs) led by Active Citizens at respective

Create a project management and training calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each

To ensure partner will deliver at least 04 training workshops to young volunteers.
To provide grant chart /schedule of events for Active Citizens programme which cover the training and
community events dates.
To monitor and evaluate trainings delivered to Volunteers by the trained facilitator of partner Organisation.

Contribute to the development of SRPOs Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) strategy, in close collaboration with Concern worldwide & Department of Health for Infection Prevention and Control.
Work along side the field teams to develop plans to strengthen risk communication and community engagement within catchment areas of targeted health facilities, within targeted populations, and at points of entry and control.
Develop guidelines for implementation of RCCE activities at the field-level
Build the capacity of community outreach cadres such as health and hygiene promoters.
In collaboration with stakeholders and government, regularly update, adapt, and develop communication messages focusing
Monitor implementation of all RCCE activities and provide operational and technical support.
Identify and design community engagement activities targeting different high-risk and vulnerable groups as transport agencies, pilgrims, taxi drivers, traders, and frequent travelers.
Support the design and implementation of community-led activities raising in close coordination with local authorities and community-based organizations and platforms
Establish linkages with community feedback/complaint mechanisms and ensure that program activities
Contribute to periodic reports for the donor on programme delivery, including interim and final reports to donors.

• Participates in need assessments & WASH activities, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations;
• Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.

Engage VDMCs, UDMCs, local influential in development of Village and UC Disaster Preparedness Plan
Facilitate VDMCs/UDMCs in Hazard Mapping exercises at the village level
Support FSL and DRR Team, Civil Engineers in the identification and implementation of Cash for Working and risk reduction measures
Arrange and coordinate exposure visits to strengthen/enhance understanding about DRR and FSL of formed Social structure.

Identify potential project target villages as per defined criteria.
Identify existing COs/CBOs and initiate community dialogue for project orientation and need assessment ensure equal participation of all community members in the meeting (male/female/children, minority and disabled)

Conduct PRA exercise for the need identification and prioritization in the project targeted villages
