Utilities Engineer
⢠Responsible for technical, supervisory, administrative work and assisting in the Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Power generating plant.
⢠Responsible for Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance of Gas Genset, Gas Compressor, Waste Heat Recovery Boiler and Chillers and Water Treatment Plant.
⢠Identify long term, short term & upgradation projects
⢠Prepare Technical and non-Technical Documentation (Isometric drawings, BOQ, MTS, SLD, T&C and O&M).
⢠Responsible for Prepare Shutdown work plan, Material list, arranging necessary machineries and equipmentâs, site preparation to execute shut down jobs etc. at GTM. Evaluate cost effectiveness, operational performance, and safety regulations in order to accurately select and locate equipment. Perform engineering calculations as and where required.
O&M Plant Engineer
▪ Supervising plant operations for Gul Ahmad Factory Unit, Landhi Industrial Area,
▪ Responsible for supervising shift engineers and maintaining instrumentation and controls for uninterrupted operations.
▪ Programmable Logic Controllers – PLC execution, monitoring and troubleshooting.
▪ Responsible for maintaining daily logs of plant operations, and submission of generation unit health and operations reports to the head office on weekly basis.
