Worked on solid state devices i.e. VFDs, soft starter, servo motor and temperature controller.
Work on different sensors i.e. photocell as well as proximity switches Thermocouple sensors.
PLC/HMI panel wiring and inspection and troubleshooting.
Maintenance and installation of electrical motors, panel wiring and switches.
Ensure hygiene and safety at plant during execution of tech tasks.

Perform root cause analysis after breakdowns to avoid them in future.
Responsible for make down time as less as he can in order to take the machine on working in case of any mechanical electrical breakdown.

·         Estimate the required Manpower, materials, tools and equipment requirements for any electrical scope of work
