JOB SUMMERY:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the entire department by providing right products and impeccable services to the club members and to ensure the established standards of sanitation & hygiene and food & beverage service are maintained across the department by careful management of staff in order that all members will be satisfied. From the member’s perspective, and keeping in view the job’s requirements, this position must be a good communicator both in English & Urdu, excellent social skills, an eye for detail, good organizational skills and above all he views his department as a functional entity offering excellent services to its valued members. Satisfaction of the members in all matter related to food & beverage services is the prime responsibility of this position. He also co-ordinates with all the department heads for day-to-day operational matters and seeks assistance whenever required. This position is directly reportable to the Secretary Club.
POSITIONS DEMANDING CLOSE LIAISON
Daily F&B Operation: Club members and staff matters with relation to food & beverage matters.
Executive Chef : Quality, timing, costs & management.
Chief Steward: Sanitation & Hygiene of the entire f&b operation,
Restaurant Managers: Quality, service level, staff motivation & training
Bar staff : Quality, Inventory Levels, Service levels
Human Resource Manager: For all personnel, training & disciplinary matters.
MIS Manager: For all IT system related matters with f&b.
Housekeeper: Cleanliness of the entire f&b service areas, Uniforms & linen.
Cost Control: Storage, Ordering, Requisitions
Chief Engineer: Maintenance of the entire f&b facility and Equipment
Accountant: Cost controlling, revenue & budgeting matters
Purchasing Manager : Supplies quality, PR’S & orders
