I was hired as a Team Lead to manage 7 campaigns for multiple clinics. These campaigns included internal medicine, pain management, physical therapy, dietary, dermatology, and optometry. My team consisted of 20 people who were responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, back office support, medical records, prior authorization requests, refill requests, and payment collection via phone calls and emails.

I was hired as a patient support manager for three clinics in the USA. These clinics included one cardiology clinic and two mental health clinics. In my role, I managed a team of 15 people. Our responsibilities included appointment scheduling, front desk support, back office support, medical records management, documentation, form filling, medication refill coordination, and medical billing. We handled these tasks primarily through phone calls and emails.

During my time as a customer support representative, I had the opportunity to work on several campaigns. One of them was SSA Uber, where I provided driver support through email and calls, as well as rider support via email and calls. Another campaign I worked on was UBER IRT, where my responsibilities included providing email support to both drivers and riders. Lastly, I was also involved in the Uber Eats campaign, where I provided support to customers, riders, and restaurants through phone calls.

I worked as a sales supervisor for TV and internet services, overseeing the verification and processing of sales. I managed a team of 20 people for a USA-based outbound campaign. The TV services we offered included Direct TV, Dish Network, Spectrum, Comcast, and Verizon. Additionally, we provided internet services from AT&T and Xfinity.

I worked as a recruitment officer in a UK-based outbound campaign, where I provided both permanent and temporary job opportunities to care assistants and support workers.
