Planning Engineer
Planning and Monitoring for more than 6 projects (Turnarounds, Retrofits/Revamps, and Manpower Supply).-Analyzing weekly progress reports (S-Curves, Primavera Plans).-Ensuring Lessons Learnt sessions are held and closeout reports are submitted well in time.-Coordinating and supporting other departments including HSE, Quality, HR, BD, Proposal, E&P.-Commercial, Administration and Finance.-Assistance in “technical proposal” by developing WBS, Project Schedule, Progress Histograms, Manpower Loading/Histograms & Project Execution Strategy.-Preparation of “Project Schedule” in primavera/MS project at different levels i.e. disciplines level, zone/area level, cost-center level and “resource loading”.-Developing of Project Progress Histograms, Resource Leveling.-Cost estimation & cost controlling by developing project budget.-Monitoring of the project in the Primavera P6 and to effectively convoy the delays to the higher Management.
