Job Responsibilities
Providing and interpreting accounts information.
Managing accounts related with companys imports and exports.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Look after all matters of export and import payment.
Look after all matters regarding payroll.
Maintain cash book all records & physical cash audit.
Look after all bank matters regarding bank reconciliation.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Monitoring and interpreting Cash flows.
Manage accounts payables & receivables .
Monthly accounts closing.
Payment Audit of Creditors.
Maintain Aging Report or Creditors & Debtors.
Reconcile Creditors & Debtors Ladgers.
Follow up of Receivables (overseas) Ageing Report.
Verification of all posted entries of vendors, utility and expense bills/invoices.
Prepare monthly inventory sheets including reconciliation.
Reporting to Directors as per their requirement
