· Daily cash count of Head Office & ensure all Cash Payment Vouchers and Cash Receipt vouchers are being processed after being audited.
· Verification of Final Settlement
· Verification of Vendor’s reconciliation
· Verification of Vendor’s Payment
· Gaps analysis of risky areas on periodic basis.
· Reviewing company SOP’s and suggesting ideas to improve any gap, if exist.
· Ensure compliance of policies & procedures.
· Performance Analysis of company (budget vs actual comparison of Income Statement & product wise analysis)
· Verification of Quotations (New vendor selection)
