Ensure quality services to our customers and dealer network.
Depth analysis of repeat complaint and their resolution.
Supervision of replacement and return of not repairable units.

Process replacement/return of faulty Products in System.
Stock Management of Customer & Dealer Returned Products.
Process Authourized Service Center Bills in CMS.
Disbursement of monthly payments cheques to Authourized Service Center (ASC).
Coordinate with Authourized Service Center (ASC) for their issue resolution.
Staff Training on Products and Promotions.
Soft Skills training to the Team
