Under the guidance and direct supervision of the National Professional Officer (NPO) - EPI or the Technical Officer - EPI in respective province or area, the district monitor will deliver the below functions:
Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at district level using WHO tool according to schedule individually or in coordination with district Polio Eradication Officer as advised.
Update the assessment tool findings as instructed.
Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at UC level using WHO tool according to schedule individually or in coordination with PEI staff in as many UC as possible.
Assist DPEC and DHMT in assigning UC level PEI staff or other available eligible individual to conduct UC level periodic readiness assessment using WHO tool.
Compile UC level assessment findings in the District dashboard and present to the DPEC and DHMT for review and corrective action.
Share the filled district dashboard with provincial NPO/TO-EPI and Measles consultant on time.
Monitor quality of preparatory activities (trainings/orientations, management meetings, ACSM activities, waste management, AEFI management, data management etc.) conducted at district, tehsil and UC level using prescribed tools and share the findings with DPEC, DHMT and Provincial NPO/TO and Measles Consultant.
Conduct Rapid Convenience Assessment (RCA) using prescribed tool during Measles campaign as per guideline
Conduct supervision of the measles campaign using observers’ checklist as per guideline.
Coordinate with DPEC and DHMT for recording and follow-up of minutes of meetings held at district level for Measles campaign.
Assist in coordination with DPCR for facilitating smooth field data collection on time and reporting at higher level
Assist in reviewing monitoring and supervision reports of 1st and 2nd level supervisors, identify inconsistencies and missing data for correction and compile the results and present to the DPEC, DHMT.

Lead role in finalization of M&E framework for different programs in collaboration with program department as well development of research proposal for effective community development solutions.
Responsible for project progress review and report to project coordination committee, funding agencies, and appropriate levels of government ministries as well other primary stakeholders of the project.
To assist staff in implementation of M&E system focused on data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure synergy within M&E framework by using SPSS, EXCEL etc..
Appoint key M&E staff to the project and supervise their activities.
Coordinate revision of the project strategy with key stakeholders to ensure an updated and shared understanding of the strategy and information needs.
Negotiate approval for changes to the project strategy and processes with funding agencies and cooperating institutions.
Ensure that an effective and participatory M&E system is established in as decentralized a manner as is possible and would be effective.
Development of research design and tools for applied studies to find out the gaps with reference of HAI thematic areas.
Routine collection and analysis of information to track progress against set plan and check compliance to established standards.
Supervise the work of monitoring and evaluation office staff and provide technical support.
To conduct the post project evaluation reports to assess the impact of the projects and recommendations for further replications.
Development of periodic and completion reports of projects and programs.
Close coordination with program management and fundraising departments for proposal writing, project planning and implementation.
Outsource and conduct external impact evaluation of completed projects.
Presentation of final reports to different stakeholders.

Assess organizational and performance gaps within the different programs and report on corrective actions needed.
Assist Program Managers and the Program Development and Organizational Development units in the formulation of baseline measures and targets, during writing and set up of donor project proposals as well as throughout project implementation.
Formulate and implement key performance indicators (KPI) and deliverable for both new and established projects and monitor them throughout the duration of the projects.
Analyze indicators and performance, evaluate information and make recommendations.
Clarify the core information needs of management and provide relevant and timely information to the Program & Organizational development Manager.
Implement and participate in program and project progress evaluation, survey and program follow up in order to advise and recommend tools and strategies to increase program performances and results.
Responsible for the implementation of these recommendations within Programs and projects.
Document the lessons learned and best practices of the different programs and projects.
Development of research proposals, data collection, analysis and report writing.

Under direction of funding agency, is responsible for the overall planning, management and completion of USAID funded entrepreneurship project on a wide variety of business units and programs. Uses project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures and insure quality of project outputs. Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given project and managed the system development process.
Responsible for pre-feasibility study of commercial broiler chicks hatchery and breeding farm at AJK.
Got approval of grant of $50000 for the said project from USAID funded I-LED program implemented by CNFA.
Implement and monitor the project activities as per the standards of CNFA and USAID

Functions as primary point of contact for in-country regional office on grant-related issues
Handles the day-to-day business management grant management aspects of grants.
Develops, implements systems, and monitoring procedures to ensure proper stewardship of funds on pre-awards, award, post-awards, and close-out.
Communicates regularly with internal finance department, program management and donor,
Documents financial management and budget procedures, regular review and update Grant Management Standard Operating Procedures and relevant documents governing awards as needed.
Adheres to internal and donor policy requirements on awards and financial management.
Maintain comprehensive internal controls on grant and financial management system, sub-contracts, and audit requirements.
Keeps accurate and complete financial records for each program.
With Technical and Financial teams, conduct required reporting requirements on progress reports, performance report and financial reports.
Keeps the relevant staff informed about upcoming deadline and deliverable, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibility throughout the life of award processes.
Provides regular reports on the work-in-progress to the Grants Manager.

Support project manager during Projects planning, implementation and M&E. Technical and financial reporting to organizational hierarchy and other stakeholders.
Present weekly and monthly reports to top level management.

Undertake facility assessment of schools to rehabilitate the schools in tents/ other temporary shelters.

Facilitate linkages of health, psychologists and sanitation support to the schools.
Facilitate visits to schools to line department officials and other development partners with clear profiles of facilities.
