Trainee Electrical Engineer
Working on PLC Panel of Rock Salt Plant (Troubleshooting if any problem occur i.e connectivity, relay tripping).
Machine Panel Maintenance and Troubleshooting with HSE standard and Inspect Panels for Social Compliant also.
Look after Sensitive Devices like Metal Detector, Check Weigher, Pouch Packing Machine, Hydraulic Press Machine with Electrical team.
Controlling, Installing and Maintenance of CCTV Cameras & DVR in Different Areas of Facility where needed and also take backup of Production & Loading premises for Audit point of view with Electrical team.
Learning Motor Repairing such that wire size, varnishing, insulation.
Taking Care of other Departments in factory like H.R as H.R Executive (Implemented HRMS Software System in 2019 as per Compliance standard), Compliance Department (for Audit Purpose such that conduct Social Internal Audit with Team, Look after premises with Team for Social & Production Audits), Production Department (Working on documents with Assistant Plant Manager of Plant) and I.T Department (Fixes all System and Network related issues and make inventory also).
