During this period worked as co-supervisor to conduct baseline and end line surveys of early Grade Reading and identifying children with special needs in 40 government and BECS schools in Ghizer.

Played leading role in conducting baseline survey in 15 Union Councils of Gilgit and Skardu to collect data about the state of public service delivery of four government departments (Health, Education, LG&RD and PWD)
Arranged  Community meetings and conduct awareness sessions in 15 Union Council of Gilgit and Skardu for more than 1200 individuals on issues of governance in public sector departments and role of citizens;
Arranged coordination meeting  with Government departments to Ensure Community Engaged Transparency and Accountability in Four Public Sector (PWD, Health , Education department and LG&RD);
Networked the citizens at UC, District and Provincial levels and assisted project team to arrange sessions on citizen roles in public sector governance;
Created Public Charter of Demand from the communities and forwarded to project manager for presenting in the Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly for legislation;
Conduct meetings with the members of Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly and supported team awareness Session for The Members Legislative Assembly of Gilgit-Baltistan on governance and public demands for improving governance;
Organized six Radio Talk shows on the Theme of Transparency and Accountability in Four Public Sector Departments & Coordinate with Government Officials, Media representatives, Youth and Civil Society Organizations;
