The main key responsibilities is to monitor the manufacturing process is done in a safe environment and ensure that all the equipments are working properly.
To supervise the high risk activities and ensure that the activities is done in safe environment . continuous monitoring and check the permit to work along with necessary documents that is required to continue work in confined space and high risk activities.
Conducting TBTs (Tool Box Talk) before every activity Inspection of Cutting, Welding, Grinding, Lifting and Handling Tools to ensure safety. Ensuring local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety& Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with.
Keep up to date with all relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice. Conduct daily checks of Permit to Work. Special trainings conducted regarding Toxic gases present in workplace
Ensuring preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP). Inspection of the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment. Propose and implement practical safety, health and environment improvement projects in liaison with HSSE manager and line personnel.
To ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan. To participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work.

The key responsibilities is to Lead the design (ASPEN HYSIS) and provide direction to the multidisciplinary design team throughout the design process. Working knowledge of water / wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure in a Municipal environment .
Working knowledge of the software used for delivering municipal infrastructure projects . Perform construction inspections. Work successfully within a team environment and communicate effectively with other project team members and customers.
Assist with proposal preparation ,Client communication and management . Supervising and supporting the work of others, and mentoring junior level technical staff .
Tracking and maintaining project and task budgets and schedules Coordinating multi-disciplined engineering teams. Reviewing designs for water and wastewater systems . Guiding staff engineers in analysis and design of water and wastewater systems 
Makes decisions independently on technical problems and methods· Meet established budgets and delivery schedules for each assignment; for project/task scope schedule and budget.

• Rendered keen eye for details to calculate change over during the shutdown of plant, also developed and devised effective SOPs and implemented to achieve the maximum efficiency and quality output.

• Exercised hands-on approach and effective controls for manufacturing process of Refinery products; surveyed all sections of the plant and composed a report on safety hazards to the workers.

• Performed duties as strategic overlay to liaise with Japanese Engineers on solid waste management and sewage treatment of Municipal waste water.
• Introduced strategic and tactical action plans for solid waste management and compute the factors which effecting the environment critically.
