·   Responsible for implementation, maintenance and overall operation of all Mechanical, equipment and controls
·   Installed and commissioned the new AUTOGRINDING and AUTOCASTING Machine.
·   Responsible to manage routine maintenance of PLC controllers, CNC machines, ROBOTIC Machine, Cranes & RCS shell machines.
·   Development of standard SOPs of system implementation and equipment maintenance plans, thereby
·   To prepare & implement semi-annual schedules of Preventive Maintenance of all machines in AEL facility& implement it as per Plan in co-ordination with Production department.
·   Carrying out safety audits and job hazard analysis for Industrial safety and its compliance.
·   Implementation, Testing, commissioning of new lines (piston machining, cylinder machining), new project assigned by management.
·   Maintenance of all kind of overhead cranes and other type of cranes. All their Mechanical aspect.
·   Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
·         Expertise in Hydraulic & Pneumatic System drawing analyses and rectifying problems.
·         Participate in coordination of projects.
