Having Strong Commniction with higher management to discuss all the activites and tasks related to the project.
Preprations of Bar Bendind Schedules (BBS).
Having strong Co-ordination with the Sub Contractors to assign them their activities.
Managing the Labour and Sub Contractors to perform all activities on site with in targeted time period.
Prepration of sub Contractor\'s bill.
Check all the activities performed by Sub Contractors are a per given specifications.

Generating Sales by apply different strategies.
Use different Marketing strategies for development of Business.
Apply different types of marketing stratgies like: Social Media Marketing, Telemarking and Out door Marketing etc.
Keep improvements in Business throught Business to Business Strategy for development of Business.
