During active production hours i am responsible to, Distribute day to day Tasks in the respective departments as per client requirement and needs Planning and organizing production schedules Assessing project and resource requirements Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Determining quality control standards Overseeing production processes Organize timescales or schedules as necessary Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials as per Production requirement Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production area equipments like Air Compressors, Blowers, Molding Machines, Capstan Laths and CNC Machines present inside Production area. Inspection and checking of all Blow-therm Painting Plants on Regular Basis liaising with buyers , marketing and sales staff Supervising and managing the work of junior staff Organizing relevant training sessions to improve Productivity and discuss Technical issues occurred during productions Planning and controlling client order needs to improve company revenue. Controlling the Inventory level of different parts as per requirement from IMs Software
Implementing and condition-based monitoring in all type of Cement process
plants and Mechanical work station. Coordination with Production &
Maintenance Department for scheduling Maintenance activities at different sites
to improve plant reliability at following plants

Responsible for checking all type of rotary equipment’s including
(Motors, Pumps, gearboxes, compressor, fans etc.)
On-site report creation and fault diagnostic.
Corrective Maintenance tasks such as filed balancing & Laser
alignment On-site thermal inspection of electrical and mechanical
On-site Vibration Analysis of Mechanical equipment.
Parallel and Angular alignment of Centrifugal pumps through laser
Thermo graphic checkup of all equipment installed inside the plant
including pumps ,Motors , Boilers, Electric circuits and electrical
switches etc through Flir E6-XT Cameras.
Checking of Civil and Mechanical foundations.
Checking of Soft footing of installed Machines to increase its
Checking of kiln Main drive ,Motors, Gear box and Mashing gears
Preventive Maintenance of Coal Mill, Raw Mill, Cement Mill and
cement plant main equipment’s like Separators, Bucket elevators,
Apron Conveyor, Main drives, Induce draft Fans, Primary Fans etc.
Maintenance inspection of crusher main drives, conveyer drives,
fans and belt conveyers etc.
Job Description:Carry out ongoing Maintenance Planning in Monthly Shutdown of LummusPlant various jobs like,
ï‚· To carry out corrective & Break Down maintenance of various rotary and stationaryequipment.
