QA/QC MANAGER
Inspection Engineer
Administer supplier quality by periodic supplier visits and review of supplier process. Effectively formulate inspection reports/certificates with all findings, abnormalities, and recommendations. Actively participate in RBI analysis and devise inspection plans/frequencies for static equipment, piping, and pipelines. Revise supplier gage concepts, NDT reports, and corrosion analysis and selected inspection/NDT techniques as per the standards.
• Functioned in close collaboration with the Integrity Engineer to identify and determine issues related to corrosion/erosion and formulate inspection reports for non-destructive testing inspections.
• Supervised a team of inspectors, multi-disciplined NDT, and rope access personnel to accomplish client inspection program and revise reports for NDT works/tasks according to the international standards.

• Baseline Thickness Survey (UTG) of Equipment & Piping of PETRONAS CARIGALI IRAQ HOLDING B.V OIL FIELD, GARRAF, IRAQ (PCIHBV).
• Performed NDT activities of Pressure Vessels & Shafts of SAMBU SARCO JV (Korean Company) at GOLEN GOL 110 MW Hydro Power project, Koghuzi, Chitral.
• Mechanical Integrity Assessment & NDT Evaluation of Pressure Vessels, Plant Piping & Well Heads Piping Annual Turn Around (ATA) at NASHPA Oil & Gas Field, Karak, Kohat.
• NDT activities during Annual Turn around (ATA) 2014 & 2015 with NDT team at Dakhni oil & Gas Plant, Oil & Gas Development Company limited (OGDCL) Dakhni, Jhand.

Key Project: Auto Parts Company, Karachi, Pakistan
• Competently generated quality control plans, maintenance check lists, and work instruction to examine quality of parts and materials, as well as retain calibration plans for all testing equipment.
