 Management and direction of a team of Engineers and Inspectors.
 Establishes an appropriate working relationship with the sub contractors.

 Supervision and implementing of all project and maintain records in accordance with program standards.
 Coordinate with Client and Contractor about site activities.

 Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the required quality standards.
 Implement the QA/Qc management to site subcontractors.
 Coordinate all the quality site inspections through site QC inspectors.
 Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submitter to the customer.
 Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
 Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
 Support the tendering process when requested.
 Attend all necessary meetings as required, at project, country and regional level.
 Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.
