Working Responsibility
Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of BMS/IBMS/ELV Lighting Faade lights and floor electric equipments and controls for achieving cent percent performance and ensure the mentioned core systems namely HVAC AHUS FCUs Cooling Towers Chillers Multi Energy Absorption Chiller Centrifugal Chiller, Energy Meters, Automated Lighting control systems, Fire alarm systems, Automated fuel pumping systems, Automated security measure systems (bollards, speed gates etc.) are in order as per their purpose.
Trouble Shooting and commissioning of ELV BMS HVAC equipments.
Daily operations of field work activities Regular project status reports.
Managing multiple contractors and vendors associated with the project.
Liaise multiple vendor for Integration or different work
Assurance and Quality Control of the equipment and system.
Ensuring that the project is delivered as per design
Taking over systems from vendors.
Managing Service Legal Agreements.
Reporting To G.M Operations.
