I am working as a support executive in credit control department of M&P Express and logistics Pvt Ltd. And I directly reporting to the head of credit control. My job description is to take follow up to all the stations as far as recovery is concerned and I am making monthly target report of the recovery team and flash performance on the daily basis and also share with my team and head of credit control and I have recocile with centralize customers regarding recovery and also resolve query of clients for jointly integration with operations and billing team. Manage and handle invoices and also making Consolidated invoices of centralize customers. I am also dealing credit and debit notes all over the country and maintain all necessary documentation as per the procedure which is given by the company and I am making a presentation and quarterly report for the quarter review session. And consolidate information of three regions and strict follow up for the recovery. And I am also responsible for clearence and approval of debit notes and credit notes and then it\'s adjustment with coordinating with ITdepartment for correction in invoices. To provide help and trained new induct employees of recovery department and also provide guidlance and recovery techniques and share regarding software instruments and help out resolved as far as recovery target is concerned. And also responsible for the the monthly billing of centralize customer and I have been making summary of key accounts customers. Then l have resolved billing issues with coordinate with customers and send it concerns department and restrict it to do as soon as possible. Take follow up through via email or telephonic contact regarding invoice delivery confirmation payments and also sharing soft copy of invoices on the recommendation of the customers. Manage and handle deliver challans verification and dispatched to the concern region and zone to arrange payments.
