Provisioning of A-Z destinations & routing e.g. LCR, Percentage routing, Distribution routing. ANI based routing, Carrier group distribution, Capacity based routing. Diagnose & escalate technical issues & coordinate with various stakeholders. Capacities management to the carriers as per commercial guidelines. Ensuring maximum port utilization as per commercial's targets. Traffic monitoring, Alarm monitoring, Carrier balance monitoring, Network performance monitoring. Fault handing, Customer complaint handling, QoS Monitoring. Preparation of hourly traffic reports, Daily reports, weekly reports for VoIP traffic. New Interconnect addition, testing and commissioning & Capacity enhancement activities. CDR Reconciliation with billing teams for new interconnects. Analyzing Call Data Records (CDRs) and pointing out the technical reasons for issues bugs Like High PDD, Low ACD, Low ASR, FAS issue etc. Coordination with different internal/external departments/customers for Head-to-Head testing Resolve issues related to (Codec, ASR, ACD, FAS, Voice Quality, Echo etc.).
