-Worked on developing a consistent and robust rural strategy to increase in-home penetration rate and expand Everyday\'s consumer base in the rural areas.
-Developed an effective communication strategy by taking into account the relevant touch points of the rural consumers.
-Research on the tea market and tea creaming category with special emphasis on the rural areas.
-Detailed analysis and research on the village life and rural consumers.
-Identifying major rural touch points and areas which included organizing a movie night in the rural villages to increase the TOM recall for Everyday.
-Proposal for encashing on the existing chai dhaba culture prevalent in the villages to induce trial and repeat purchase for the brand.
-Outlining the theme and procedure for the delivery of Khaas awards revolving around Khaas value stories of individuals across Pakistan and more specifically the rural areas.
-Planning and design for the pilot to be conducted in rural outstations to implement our rural penetration strategy.

Fabric Care:

Bonus Tristar BTL and Activation concepts:
--Came up with creative ideas and conducted planning of BTL activity of wash demo for sachets.
-- Was a part of the pilot testing campaign for Tristar\'s mohallah level activities to further research, brainstorm and suggest new activation concepts.
--Conducted market visit to Jodia Bazaar to obtain complete information deck on laundry soaps. --This included gauging the wholesale penetration of bar soaps, bulk detergents, their trade offers and other wholesale programs.
-- Also devised an action plan to counter soaps and bulk detergents in their areas of strength.


Call center Backcheck for Bonus Tristar:
--Created a complaint situation involving Bonus Tristar to gauge the readiness and understanding of the call centre agents with regard to change in packaging, fragrance,SKU and Price information and their overall response service.
Moonshot projects:
--Made a presentation giving highly aggressive ideas with regard to sustaining the Brand equity of Tristar and leveraging secondary associations to improve its overall positioning in the market.

Inpack ideas:
--Gave concrete ideas with regard to cross category and cross company in-pack promotion.

Retail Audit AC Nielson data:
--Analysis of the Retail audit report for the year ending May 2016 giving key conclusions, learnings, trends and indicated actions.

Cultural Ambassador Program.
-Hosted foreign interns in Karachi.
-Worked with Aiesec in IBA for a period of 3 months to host the Aiesec interns from various countries including China, Netherlands,Italy,Australia and Turkey.
-Conducted visits to various historic places in Karachi including FrereHall, Tomb of Quaid, Empress market, Wazir Mansion as part of \'Karachi My Love\' project.
-Also showed the interns around the various recreational spots in Karachi including Port Grand, Nisar Shaheed Park, Gandhi garden, Karachi Zoo and Do Darya restaurants.
-Concluded the project with Aiesec in IBA\'s Global village July 2014 event at Port Grand which involved an exhibition of the various cultural activities by the Exchange participants.
