Finance Associate
Currently Working as a Finance Associate in the Planning & Controlling department of the company. My tasks & duties include but are not limited to:
Monthly/Yearly reconciliation of hydrocarbon data (GAS, OIL & LPG) from 2005-2022.
Providing accurate/reconciled data on urgent basis for different Audits & inter-departmental needs.
Assisting the team in timely dispatch of Sales Invoices (Gas, Oil, LPG).
Updating Daily Production Report (DPR) data in excel.
Voucher Management: Uploading bank vouchers in Voucher utility.
Managing and keeping record of sales to AL-Qasim on behalf of GHPL.
Assisting the team in completion of HC Production to Sales Reconciliation Activity.
Helping/Assisting the team by making workings related to sales, budget papers etc., getting documents signed and submission to bank (Royalty, Petroleum Levy, Area Rental etc ), Visiting warehouse for data collection, Assisting team in annual blind stock audits on when and where required basis.

Finance Intern
I have worked in MOL Pakistan as a Finance Intern. My duties/tasks include but are not limited to: • Booking of Revenue / Receipts in Maximo and Infor Sun Systems. • Preparing Sales invoices and their debit/credit notes. • Calculation & Payment of Royalty and Petroleum Levy. • Financial evaluation of vendors. • Opening and Updation of vendors in Maximo and Infor Sun Systems.

I have worked in Government Holdings (Pvt) Limited under Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, Pakistan as a finance intern. My duties/ tasks include but are not limited to:• Booking of Sales Invoices of Natural Gas, Oil & LPG and knocking it off with their receipts in SAP. • Maintaining record of company revenue and expenses.• Calculation & Payment of Sales Tax and Federal Excise Duty.• Calculation & Payment of Royalty.• Calculation & Payments of Petroleum Levy and Windfall Levy.• Issuance of LPG Price Notification to LPG customers.• Preparing invoices of LPG.• Preparing advice against condensate export cargo invoices.• Recording condensate export sales in SAP.• Preparing field wise analysis of revenue and volume of Gas, Oil & LPG from different concessions.• Preparing late payment surcharge working for customers delaying payments.• Preparing condensate export cargo exchange rate gain working due to delayed payments from the operator and recovered Rs. 11 million.• Assisting in Commercial Audit.
