Assisted managers with hiring procedures
Screening of CV’s and forwarding them to the Manager for the final selection.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating all relating activities.
Making job offers, and initiating new hire documents needed.
Check applicant references and send the feedback to the Management
Update the concerned department regarding the joining date of the candidates.
Assist in new hire orientation, development, and training course.
