Complete support, configuration, maintenance & up-gradation of in-house networks (LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet & Intranet systems).
Escalated Troubleshooting and maintenance of Virtual environment, active directory and hardware servers.
Manage the complete cycle of data storage, backups, replication and data restoration in case of failure or disaster.
Ensure IT security includes but not limited to system, e-mail, data, and networks.
Provide support to department manager in documentation and relevant reports. Also, update inventories.
Ensure projects, tasks and operations follow the company and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure completion of assign project/task within stipulated time.
Responding to the queries/complaint within agreed time limits to attend and resolve complaints.
Maintain and update logs in the ticketing system.
Prioritizing and managing multiple complaints at the same time.
