Responsibilities
Manage 3 categories Jam-e-Shirn & Mashroobat, Qarshi Corporate and Qarshi Beverages.
Formulate brand strategies for brands and NPIs in my portfolio.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans via effective ATL & BTL campaigns.
Designing and implementing Brand communication for Qarshi Beverages.
Determine positioning and develop brand keys for brands/Sub-brands under my portfolio.
Develop & Maintain critical path for managed business ensuring that all key milestones are followed.
Develop & maintain Marketing Calendar with critical path to ensure all activities land on time.
Conduct market surveys to monitor competitor strategies, gain key consumer insights and identify potential initiative.
Develops Strategic Insights Dashboard for Business Heads and Marketing Managers which summarizes data from various agencies and functions within Qarshi Industries.
Analyse Retail Audit and primary sales data of Jam-e-Shirin to improve bottom line growth.
Analysis based on research tool RMS by AC Nielsen).monitor position of brands market preparedness and effectiveness.
Assist in creating and controlling effective allocation of marketing budgets throughout the year.
Work closely with creative, digital and media agencies for preparation of brand collateral.
Strategically leading the digital media marketing of Qarshi Jam-e-Shirin. Provides feedback to agencies with rolling schedule.

Planned, developed and executed a 360 degree campaign for Jam-e-Shirin and Mashroobat achieving 20 growth over SPLY
Launched Qarshi beverages with an improved formula and an aggressive marketing plan.
