Heading IT Department. Reporting to Director. Responsible for all In-House software development in Oracle Database 11gR2 and Forms & Reports 10g.
Firstly I upgraded all applications running in older version (Database 10g and Forms 6i) to Oracle Forms & Reports 10g (OAS 10g) and databse 11gR2 and removed bugs and optimized the software by eliminating unnecessary posting processes.
Then after 1 and a half year, management asked me to developed a complete integrated ERP which must includes all the modules of the company and also having the Executive Dashboards for Directors and Managers showing all the required activities on a single screen and details on a single click. The ERP took about 1 year to develop and finalize and now it is running smoothly.

Worked at Samin Textiles Limited as “Deputy Manager Systems” for 5 years. I was team lead in the Systems Department and directly reporting to G.M Systems. I worked on Oracle Forms & Reports 10g here and converted 6i applications into 10g, as well as I developed some new applications for different departments.
Assigning tasks to the programmers was also my responsibility. Moreover, system analysis for new developments was also my job. I worked on the following systems in Samin Textiles:

Worked at Nishat Mills Limited as Programmer for 2 years. I had been working on many systems here. I developed Local Sales System, Grieg Inventory Management and IGP & OGP. As well as the troubleshooting of existing system like Accounts, Costing, Payroll etc. was also my responsibility.

Assisted the Senior Programmers. Part of the Developers team in programming side. Developed software for Pension Fund Deptt in Oracle 8 and Developer 2000. Assisted Head of the Department of Pension Fund in issuance of monthly pension and developed reports as per requirements of the department.
