I have SOLID EXPERIENCE in financial accounting management including cash management, reconciliations, forecasting, budget management, financial reporting to donors and managers, preparation of annual accounts for audit. I have conducted financial reviews, on-job training sessions to improve the efficiency and quality of field operations.
