D.     Backstopping to districts during implementation of activities:
Continuous provision of support to district field engineers in conformance of design and specification, quality of material and quality of workmanship during compliance visits to different infrastructure schemes.
Support provision to pool of engineers to ensure quality of community based schemes under CDLD.
Orientation about basic engineering standards and design recommendations during site visits to different districts of KPK under CDLD.
Supported provided to district governments on CDLD policy while having DDC (district development committee) and TEC (technical evaluation committee) meetings.
Support provided to pool of engineers in updating MIS regarding engineering activities.
E.     Planning:
Provided inputs during the six monthly work plan of Technical Assistance team.

120 female members were given training in honey bee keeping before they were provided with bee hives.
40 female members coming from refugees hosting areas were given training on embroidery and 15 female members were given training on tailoring.
15 male members from refugees hosting areas were given training on kitchen gardening.
15 male members were also given training on business plan and enterprise development.
25 female members were given training on commercial poultry and 26 female members were given training on livestock and poultry extension.
