As working in remote & background area of Pakistan, i performed a duty of multi-dimensional due to lack of Technical manpower availability. As Project takeover by Client, I performed a responsibility of Procurement, Data Verifications, Quantity Estimation, Finance Management, supervision of Site Activates, Issues raised by Consultant, Review of Drawings and Payment to Petty Contractor & Staff of the Project. Prepare a work program of the project. Controlling the Project expense & progress in weekly basis. Prepare a short time & long time plans. Prepare a BBS for Steel Procurement by own. Assist the Military personnel in making Daily & Weekly Progress Reports.
