Maintaining Hygiene & food safety of fresh foods department at Carrefour. Fresh foods department consists of 5 sections; Butchery, Fishery, Delicatessen & Cheese/Pizza Roastary, Bakery/Pastry, Fruits & Vegetables.

I was appointed in operations department of Punjab Food Authority to work with a team of Food Safety Officers & Assistant Food Safety Officers. I was assigned to inspect food stalls, restaurants,hotels and small market vendors to make sure compliance of Food Safety regulations according Punjab Pure Food Rules and Punjab Food Authority Act.
