Apply AQL 2.5 for inspection of incoming raw materials and aware top management and procurement team about major raw material issues
Ensure process parameter are followed with respect to written sops and customer requirements
Implementation of traffic light system to closely and periodically monitoring of process quality
Weekly training of operators to enhance their skill level for better quality of process and for man machine understanding
To calculate efficiency of stitching lines, manpower allocation, and ensure reduction of non value added activities through lean tools
Develop skill matrix and ensure cross training of worker
Time study of closing lines and line balancing

Ensure maintenance of machine to reduce down time for processing

Weekly ERCS activity to make processes more effective and less costly by enhance productivity
