1.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to accurately and efficiently manage different phases of a construction project.
2.Prepare and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
3.Obtain permits and licenses from concerned authorities.
4.Coordinate with Consultants and get approval on all project-related drawings.
5.Determine the resources required (manpower, equipment, and materials) for the entire duration of the project with attention to budgetary limitations.
6.Plan all construction operations in multiple phases to ensure that deadlines are met and targets are monitored.
7.Lead and direct technical and administrative project team.
8.Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
9. Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.
10.Hire contractors and other resources needed for the project’s operations with management’s approval.

Execute and manage all Construction and Finishing activities at site.
Preforming quantity estimation, prepare BOQ.
Managing project team members.
Resolving design and development problems.
Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress.
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.

Main duties performed:
 Bar bending schedule for the different structure.
 Estimate of the material for slab pouring and other different structure.
 Detail study of drawing prior to execution of work.
 Ensure that work on site is performed as per approved drawing, method statement, and procedure.
 Do the billing for subcontractor’s payments.
 Coordinate with consultant and Project manager regarding work and inspection.
 Take action and follow the instruction of the consultant and Project manager.
 Provide technical advice to the site staff as required.
 Supervising and monitoring various site activities such as in-situ concreting, steel lying, shuttering, plastering, brickwork masonry, etc on a day to day basis.
