概要

• Fleet Management – Responsible for procurement and disposal of all vehicles of DHL along with its proper timely maintenance as well.
o It includes Vehicle Leased through Bank, insurance, tracker and management of fuel cards provided to employees across Pakistan.
o To maintain vehicles in peak operating condition.
o Analyse maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement.
o Assist in the development of maintenance budget by providing input relative to policy, costs and established metrics.
o Ensure the maintenance records for fleet are accurate and up-to-date.
o Negotiate service agreements to ensure cost efficiencies.
o Communicate maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement correction actions as required.
o Prepare management reporting as required.
o Managing team one Fleet officer two Data entry operator and 3 vehicle cleaners. Arrange cars(s) for company personnel when necessary. PSO fuel card handling and billing as well.

General Administration

o Facility Up-Keep & Office Administration – Responsible for up-keep of country office and rest of the offices and service points of DHL Express along with all major or minor renovation projects.
o Procurement – Responsible for major procurement of all Capex items across Pakistan and its yearly budgeting and monitoring as well.
o Contract Management – Responsible for handling number of contracts with respect to their service level and also responsible for negotiations with new vendors/service providers by entering into new contracts.
o Event Management – Responsible for arranging different events throughout the year for employees which includes annual sales conference, trainings, picnics, town hall, meetings, birthdays and Iftar dinners etc.
o Power Management – Responsible for monitoring the maintenance of generators supplied across Pakistan along with generator operators and service providers.
