Insure the quality of all incoming & outgoing Raw Oil, semi-Finished and finished Oil and ghee also by Product.
● Insure the quality of Crude Oil Receiving from Outside or solvent Plant by different analysis according to ISO standards and AOCS Standard Methods.
● Analyze the Oil & ghee at all stages of Processing and maintaining their record.
● Manage the Documentation related to QA/QC, Brand Registration, Inspections, internal & external audits.
·    Insure internal and external training of employees.
·    All competition samples analysis and record keeping, arrange sample dispatch to customer
● Manage the Documentation and Implementation PS: 3733-2019 Halaal Management Systems                                                          ISO 14001-2015, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22000-2018
·  Development of new test in Accordance with AOAC, AOCS, FDA and ASTM protocols and other internationally accepted practiced.
·  Continuously monitoring process hygiene and make sure that cleaning and sanitation activates are performed continuously.
·  Development of SOPs and checklists for production and quality assurance department and implementation to standardize processes.
·  Maintain product reference samples up to their shelf life and maintain batch traceability file.  
● Insure the quality of product as per PSQCA standards.
● Monitor the Process parameters to optimize the system.
● Assigning the blend ratios (ingredients%) to Production dept.
● Evaluation of Production & process loss reports, Cost estimation on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
● Insure the quality parameters of all incoming commodities (Sunflower seed, Rapeseed, Canola Seed, soybean seed) Oil Content in seed and meal, Moisture, Foreign Matter, Crude Protein, Solubility of Meal, Urease test, Crude Fiber, Ash content etc.
● Supervise all SOP’s as AOCS.s Methods of FFA, Moisture, Dilatation, Phosphatides, Wax, Peroxide Value, Rancidity, USM, Saponification Value, Iodine Value, Color Index, Bleach ability, Cloud Point, Smoke Point, Cold test, Chlorophyll, nickel, Vitamins etc.
● Insure different analysis of by products (Soap Stock, Acid Oil, Spent Earth).
● Insure Method Validation & standardization of all chemicals & solutions
● Insure the quality of all incoming Primary & Secondary Packaging Materials.
 ● Insure the quality of all incoming & Process Chemicals.
● Insure the testing parameters as per NEQs of effluent Water and such as COD, PH, TSS, TDS, Sulphide, total hardness etc.
● Insure analysis of Boiler Feed water and Drinking water.
● Evaluation of market/Customer complaints/ Non-conforming products, identify root causes, action plan and implementation to improve product integrity.
