Leading a team of Trainee, Technicians & labor to ensure smooth production & also timely maintenance of plant.

Develop strategies & organizational goals to meet weekly & monthly preventive maintenance.

Trouble shooting of machinery equipments for routine maintenance, corrective and predictive maintenance.

Carries out routine preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedule, check lists and specific equipment requirement. This includes changing oil, greasing, cleaning strainers and filters, vibration data monitoring and visual checks of mechanical seal for leakage.

Assist in inspection of equipment for its healthiness.

Strict adherence to plant safety protocols and good housekeeping.

Responsible for the support of company safety/environment and quality policies and programs.

Maintain/update the job completion records.
