Greet customers, answer phones, make & confirm appointments.Perform as a liaison between the customer and service technician Review service history we clients and make recommendations based on needs, requests &concerns.Negotiate & Prepare Service agreements & estimates for repairs & services needed. Prepare invoices for services rendered & rental agreements.
