Customer Support Representative (IRU)
During my stay at Mobilink I have been working in different teams and departments under Customer Care Division with excellence in contact center, customer support, customer retention, customer experience management and quality assurance. Accounts & Admin Executive
Manage accounts department with responsibilities of budget, forecasting payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Provide assistance to CFO and CEO in daily operations including staff management. Manage parties accounts, generate weekly on demand Cheques by keeping in view accounting deadlines. Maintain monthly payroll function for 250 plus employees. Liaise with Bankers and Insurers regarding Financial Transactions. Reconcile parties and bank accounts with regular intervals. Support in external audit from trial balance till closure requirements in financial statements and liaison with auditors to complete the audit process in timely manner. Manage recovery from Parties /Defaulters.
