Senior Engineer
l Responsible for installation, maintenance of ATMs (PC 280, PC280N, CS280, DN100) CCDMs and Cash sorting machine(C1) within an assigned territory or region.
l Complete Manual installation, Software includes (NDC, Probase, Vynamic Security, AIS agent, IMS Agent, BS/2)
l Deployment and installation of CCDM machines in South region.
l Attend and resolve daily complaints(software and hardware) in contact with all Banks ADC departments and Atm Monitoring teams (Meezan bank, HBL, Bank Al-Habib, Faysal Bank, UBL,ABL).
l Working on new Project of Vynamic Security for AI (Automatic Installation)
l Collaboration with IT teams for the new development and smooth functioning of the channel.
l Collaboration with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
l Coordination with clients i.e. banks in Pakistan related to ATMs and Power technical support.
l Manage system monitoring and complaints escalations.
l Installation and deployments of self-service terminals and cash dispensing ATMs.
l Strong technical background as an ATM Support Engineer.
l Proven active and productive team member of ATM Support.
l Understanding capabilities for issue resolving with a good rapport with other support departments.
l Coordination between banks and companies specifically for their ATM & power related complaints.
l Perform all activities related to customer’s service as per client’s satisfaction.
l Coordinate and negotiate with all related support departments.
l Oversee and collaborate with the services team to achieve objectives.
l Monitor, analyze, and regularly report all performance measures to the higher management.
l Excel in training juniors at different levels.
