Assisted the Project Coordinator and Logistics Coordinator in the definition and follow-up of logistics activities in the project, in conjunction with other medical project managers in order to identify and give a response to the needs of the targeted population.Supervise & lead logistic activities of the 2022 flood response, along with regular project (Hospital). Work closely with national and international staff providing technical assistance in terms of operating mobile clinics across flood-affected districts.  Support Hospital to handle maximum patient’s ratio & arrangement of medical wards in case of any potential outbreak during flood emergency 2022.  Facilitate Emergency health promotion team in the distribution of NFI kits among the IDP’s.Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of logistics/technical activities in the project for all technical families i.e. Construction/Rehabilitation, Communications, Water & Sanitation, Fleet management, Energy, Bio-med along with installation and maintenance of functional office space(s) and lodging facilities for international staff (IMS) inadequate living conditions, transport of goods and staff.Implemented all administrative related activities linked to logistics.Participated in the planning and implementation, together with the Logistics Coordinator, the Project Coordinator and HR team for the HR-associated processes (recruitment, training, briefing/debriefing, evaluation, and detection of potential, development and communication) of the logistics staff in the project in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required to perform all logistics activities correctly. Ensured technical reference for all logistics/technical issues in the project and provided coaching to logistics team. Ensured all staff in the Project are properly brief about the use of communication tools (mobile phones, etc.)Defined and monitored technical aspects of the project risk reduction policy, transport, communication, protection, identification and preparation of the technical aspects of the project security policy and guidelines.Performed day-to-day monitoring of the application of security protocols, applied security measures in the project and reported to the Project Coordinator any problem that may arise.
