JOB ROLE/DUTIES:
RECRUITMENT:
§ Ensure broadcasting of organizational vacancies on Shangrila (Private) Limited web portal and any other recommended medium (websites, newspaper, advertisements e.t.c) by mentioning the KSAEE & COW’s)
§ Collecting of relevant profiles for vacant positions
§ Head Hunting of resources over LinkedIn and Facebook
§ Contact Recruitment Agencies (if pool of 3 candidates is not found then the position is to be forwarded to recruitment agencies by mentioning the dead line.)
§ Develop Grid of Shortlisted Profile for Panel Interview
§ Coordinate with agency for psychometric test for approved position
§ Responsible to prepare comparison sheet of shortlisted candidates
§ Prepare Offer Letters
§ Follow up with back check representatives regarding the verifications of new employees on back check
§ Responsible to update recruitment tracker on regular basis.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
§ Develop & Execute Training Needs Assessment as a result of Performance Appraisal, Confirmation & Training Request
§ Plan/Costing/Arrangements of training programs w.r.t Training Institute, Costing on Meal, Venue, Accommodation, Traveling (In-house, outsource)
§ Make continuous effort for betterment w.r.t to Training arrangements, checklist and past experiences
§ Ensure that all the required need will be available on the day of Training w.r.t Trainer & Participants
§ Share Post Training Evaluation Report with Management w.r.t (what has been trained, how many person, Investment, ROT, people’s views, Evaluation graph e.t.c)
§ Plan employee engagement activities i.e picnic & sales training (Proposal + Costing + Planning)
Pledge new ideas, policies & proposals for Investing In People i.e Employee Gratitude
JOB ROLE/DUTIES:
RECRUITMENT:
Design develop and maintain end to end courier recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Interview scheduling, on-boarding and orientation)
Project base hiring’s (end to end process)
Coordination with entire region related to documentation (Pre & Post) of new employee
Prepare transfer & hiring approvals then offer letters accordingly.
Generating strategies for sourcing.
Provide Orientation to new employees.
OTHER TASKS:
Conduct awareness sessions and social events with business and team.
Conduct training sessions along L&D team.
Maintain data prepare different MIS including Hiring Tracker, Courier Gap and New Joiners.
Schedule training sessions of Employees/Couriers
Prepare Inquiry Reports
Handle queries of walk in employees, over phone calls, emails
Special Assignments assigned from Head of Department.
Ensuring HR Policies and SOPs
Coordinate with other team members and assist them in their tasks too.
Arranging Security Clearance of staff with coordination of Security Department
Profiling of new entrants in Harmony
Issuance of police verification letters
Prepare Warning letters
Worked with TCS Private Ltd as an HR-Intern and handling the overall induction process of couriers as well as their sourcing or documentation too.
Worked with Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Ltd as an HR Intern and completed the summer project.
